Advanced Two class, students are expected to demonstrate the ability to dop, cut, and polish independently, requiring only minimal guidance from the instructor. At this stage, the instructor’s role shifts to that of a coach, providing strategic input on complex or situational challenges related to cutting and polishing. Emphasis is placed on developing the student’s ability to assess and execute recutting decisions aimed at maximizing weight retention and light performance. Additionally, attendees are trained to understand and apply the appropriate techniques for recutting versus re-polishing, reinforcing their decision-making skills in optimizing stone quality and value. Prerequisite is successful completion of Basic, Intermediate, and Advance One classes.
Advance Two Gemstone Cutting

Course Overview:
The Advanced 2 Gemstone Cutting Class challenges students with complex designs and technical cutting sequences. This course reinforces mastery of advanced techniques, introduces optimization for yield and brilliance, and emphasizes speed without compromising quality. Students will complete a full professional-grade gemstone project from start to finish. All equipment, reference diagrams, and high-grade materials are included. Duration: Two days of expert-level instruction and hands-on work. The schedule is from 09:00 to 18:00 each day, totaling 16 hours of hands-on gemstone cutting. The project manuals, personal notes, and the faceted gemstone are yours to take home. The gemstone will be color-graded and its estimated value will be assessed based on the world market. Upon successful completion of the class, attendees will receive a diploma certifying their completion of the Advance Two level gemstone faceting class requirements. Once the enrollment purchase is complete, a follow-up email will be sent with the itinerary, final enrollment paperwork, and useful information.
Refund policy. Please email request to cancel to Kgemstone to request cancellation of class 10 days from start date will recieve full refund. If such Termination Notice is not received within the about term (10 days) prior to the start of the class applicable to this Contract, Kgemstone will refund only 60% of the Fees (40% of the fees will be kept as Penalty for late cancellation). However, Class Attendee can enroll anytime afterwards in any course and the penalty will be deducted from the Fees.
